Sign in to the office
Open the office in a browser with your email and password, and what to do if you forget the password.
The office lives in a browser. Open app.gemmetto.com and sign in with your email and your password.
Owners and managers are then asked for a second step: see Two-factor sign-in.
If you forget your password, choose the reset link on the sign-in page. An email arrives with a link to choose a new one. It works once, and for a short while only.
The counter is different: an iPad is paired once, and each person unlocks it with their own PIN. See Pair an iPad.
