Who is responsible
Felix Singerman runs this site and is the person in charge of the protection of personal information (Quebec’s Law 25, s.3.1).

What the site records
The site counts its visits with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, served from the site itself.

There is no advertising, no social media pixel and no other tracking tool. That is why the site has no cookie banner.
The form
The demo form collects your choice (a demo or the waitlist), your name, your email, your store’s name, your province or state, and, if you give them, your phone, what you use today, how many stores you have and a note. It collects no IP address, no tracking id and no cookie.
We use these details only to answer your request and, if you ticked the box, to send you news. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
They are received by our server at Fly.io in Toronto (Ontario), then kept in our database at Supabase in Montreal (Quebec). A notice of each request is sent to Felix Singerman through Resend (United States) and lands in his Gmail mailbox (Google, United States).
A request is deleted 24 months after it was sent, unless you agreed to receive news and have not withdrawn it. If you withdraw that consent, it is deleted 30 days later. The notices received by email are deleted on the same schedule. Resend keeps its sending logs for 30 days.
The form is not open yet: it opens after a privacy impact assessment (Law 25, s.17) signed by Felix Singerman. Until then, write to hello@gemmetto.com.
News
We send news only if you ticked the box for it, which is never ticked in advance. Each email says who sends it and how to unsubscribe.
That box is not offered yet: no news is sent for now.
Your rights
You can see your details, have them corrected or erased, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacy@gemmetto.com. We answer within 30 days.
You can also complain to Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
The services that process your details
