Two-factor sign-in

Owners and managers can see sales, takings and settings, so Gemmetto asks them for a second step after the password.

You can use an authenticator app on your phone, which gives a six-digit code, or a passkey: your fingerprint, your face or a security key. A passkey counts as the second step by itself.

Set it up once from the prompt after your first sign-in. Once you have a second step, adding, changing or removing another one needs you to be signed in with it.

If you lose your second step, write to support. We reset it only after checking who you are.
