Add a piece

In the office, open Vault, then Pieces, and add a piece. Give it a title, a SKU and a price. Add the metal, the stones and the weight if you track them.

Take or upload photos. The first is the piece’s picture on the screens.

The cost is for people allowed to see cost: it never appears on a receipt, in a post or on a channel.

A piece’s quantity changes only through movements, such as a sale, a delivery or a count; it is never typed over.
