An exchange
Take a piece back and sell another in one cart.
Open Sell, then Returns, and find the sale by its QR code, its number or the client.
Choose what comes back and why, then add the new piece to the same cart. The difference is paid or given back in one step.
A manager approves. The original sale is never changed: the exchange is a new record that points to it. See Return, exchange or void.
