A paid sale is never refused: when something looks wrong it waits on To review.
The server never refuses a sale that was paid. When something looks wrong (a piece already sold, a changed price), the sale is kept and put on To review in the office.
Open it, read what happened, fix what needs fixing, and mark it resolved with a note.
