The activity log
What the log keeps, and why voids and corrections never delete anything.
The activity log lists what people did: sales, voids, refunds, changes to prices and settings, and when Gemmetto’s support looked at the store.
A finished sale is never deleted or edited. A mistake is fixed by a void with its reason, or by a refund that refers to the sale.
The log itself cannot be changed or erased. Filter it by day and read each entry in words.
