Text and WhatsApp receipts

Send a receipt by text or WhatsApp to a client who agreed, and what STOP does.

Choose Text or WhatsApp in the receipt choice and type the client’s mobile number. For WhatsApp, read the line to the client and tick it once they agree.

A client who replies STOP gets no more receipts by text. Offer email or the QR code instead.
