Client consent
Consent is kept for each channel with its date, and a client can withdraw it.
A client agrees to hear from you by email, by text or on WhatsApp, each on its own. The date of each answer is kept with it.
Messages that sell something go only to clients whose consent holds at the moment they are sent. Every such message carries a way to stop, and one tap withdraws.
A withdrawal is recorded once and never removed. Receipts for a client’s own purchase are not marketing and follow their own rules.
