Download a copy of your store’s records at any time.
The owner can ask for a copy of the store’s data from the account menu: Plan & billing, then Take your data. It is prepared in the background; an email tells you when it is ready.
The copy is a set of files you can open in a spreadsheet: clients, pieces, sales, repairs and more. Photos can be included.
The download link stays available for 7 days, then the file is removed. You can ask again.
This is always available, even if a plan has lapsed.
