Support access

Let Gemmetto support see the store for 24 hours, and what they can and cannot see.

By default nobody at Gemmetto can look at your store. When you need help, turn on Settings › The store › Support access. It lasts 24 hours, then stops by itself.

Support can look. They cannot sell, void, change prices, or see card numbers or clients.

Every look is written in your activity log. The past accesses are listed under the switch, with what was opened.

You can turn it off at any time. Only the owner can turn it on.
